The purpose of Journey Outreach is to attract and manage funds to facilitate the delivery of Journeywork to those who otherwise would not be able to access it. Plus, to enable Journey Accredited Practitioners to contribute to furthering this work, in identified less-privileged areas, where the calling is strong.
Vision – The board of Journey Outreach sees a time where communities across the world have gained access to The Journey tools. The effectiveness of Journey Outreach work will, be measured, by the numbers within these communities who use The Journeywork as a regular tool, enabling them to experience true freedom, healing and wholeness in all aspects of their lives.
Journey Outreach is a training charity, this means we provide the training and support required to train individuals in facilitating The Journey Process as opposed to a humanitarian charity. There are other charities which do this and we refer people about support in this way to charities such as Save the Children Fund, World Vision and Red Cross.
There are 8 board members for Journey Outreach all of whom have been on the board since Journey Outreach began in 2003. All board members are Accredited Practitioners and several board members are also trainers in Journeywork. The board also has an Administrator who assists in running the day-to-day requrirments of the charity.
